Painting techniques with copic markers?
Yep!
Negative painting is a trick that painters have used, almost since the days of cave painting. It's a great way to develop really complex images without killing yourself trying to keep track of all the layers.
This month, we'll be using the technique to color "Winter Trees"
And guess what?
It's not a stamp!
Every student will make their own unique forest. It's easier than you think!
I especially recommend this class for my watercolor students, we use this same technique for leaf veins and so this is a great chance to practice.
Based on a watercolor project by Linda Kemp, you'll love this lesson!
