Tulip Wreath - Artistic Coloring Kit
Tulips are one of my favorite flowers and it’s simply not spring until I see gardens full of them.
Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to grow them in my yard; the moles do a pretty good job munching on the bulbs from underground and what they miss, the deer dig up. So I must settle for the hand-drawn variety.
One of the reasons why I’ve offered several tulip classes over the years is that tulip line drawings are incredibly flexible. As long as you choose a variety with the same overall shape, you can create endless color versions. This is handy for students looking to practice their color-changing skills.
